Sinha, A.P.P. --- 03 / 04.12.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Children Case No. 11 of 2025 arising out of Bagodar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 137(2)/70(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 8/6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (Children Court), Giridih. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the Informant to leave her lawful guardianship. Statement of the victim has been recorded under section 183 of the B.N.S.S. in which she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship and went to Delhi with the petitioner. She has further stated that the petitioner has not subjected her to sexual atrocity. Age of the victim has been opined to be 17 years. 4. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (Children Court), Giridih in connection with Children Case No. 11 of 2025 arising out of Bagodar P.S.
