The case of the prosecution is that the complainant and his wife, Praveena, along with the accused parties, established the Chaitanya% Bharathi Educational Society (Reg. No. 28/2010) in Proddatur. The complainant served as President and his wife as Vice-President, while the accused held various other roles within the society. It is alleged that during 2013-2014, the accused conspired to fabricate a general body meeting, falsely claiming that the complainant and his wife resigned from their positions. They forged their signatures on resolutions and notary affidavits, appointing new office bearers. These fabricated documents were submitted to the District Registrar, leading to the renewal of the society’s registration based on fraudulent records. The complainant asserts that neither he nor his wife resigned and that the accused acted with malafide intent to gain control of the society and its assets, causing them loss. Despite attempts to seek police action, including legal notices and complaints to higher authorities, no action was taken. The complainant now seeks the court’s intervention under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. to direct an investigation into the matter and punish the accused under Sections 420, 468, 506 r/w 149 IPC. \- ititioner and the 2nd respondent, with 3. It is respectfully submitted that the the intervention of elders and well-wishers, have amicably resolved the dispute and have entered into a mutual compromise. 4. It is further submitted that both parties, as of the present date, have voluntarily and in good faith agreed to settle the matter. The contents of the compromise petition are true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief. The compromise has been entered into freely, voluntarily, and without any coercion or undue influence.
