Mr. Chandi Charan De, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the respondents. Referring to a communication dated June 24, 2024, Annexure-P3 at page 17 to the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the hearing of the Appeal Case No.50 of 2023 though was concluded on July 28, 2023 before the appellate authority presided over by the respondent no.6 but the final reasoned order of disposal of the appeal has not yet been communicated to the petitioner. 2 After considering the case made out in the writ petition, the respondent no.6 is directed to communicate the reasoned order of disposal of the Appeal Case No.50 of 2023 to the petitioner positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. With the above direction, this writ petition, WPA 17022 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished expeditiously.
