The petitioner who is working as Lecturer (Chemistry) has challenged her transfer order dated 07.06.2025 by which she has been transferred from Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Janjgir, Block- Nawagarh, Dist- Janjdgir-Champa to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chhapora, Block- Malkharoda, Dist- Sakti under the rationalization instructions dated 02.08.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was transferred from from Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Janjgir, Block- Nawagarh, Dist- Janjgir-Champa to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chhapora, Block- Malkharoda, Dist- Sakti, where post of Lecturer (Chemistry) was not available and her representation has also not been considered by the authorities concerned and thereby, she is in very difficulty to join at her transferred place. After passing of the order dated 07.06.2025, on information that there is no post available at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chhapora, the respondent authorities have passed another amended order dated 17.06.2025 (Annexure-P/3), whereby, the petitioner was transferred from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chhapora, Block- Malkharoda, Dist- Sakti to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Jaijaipur, Block- Jaijaipur. 3. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that considering the mistake committed by the authorities, an order has been passed by the Respondent No. 3 canceling the earlier transfer order dated 07.06.2025 and treating the petitioner at her original place of 3 posting and she was again called for counseling on 21.07.2025 under the rationalization instructions. He would also submit a copy of the order dated 11.07.2025, which is being taken on record. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondent that the impugned order dated 07.06.2025 has already been canceled by the authorities concerned and the petitioner has been treated at her original place of posting, and she has been called for appearing in the counseling on 21.07.2025, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition and accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. 5.
