Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw present application with liberty to approach the concerned Sessions Court. In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty prayed for.

01. Petitioners have invoked inherit jurisdiction of this Court, under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), for quashment of FIR No. 0078 dated 24.04.2025, lodged by respondent No. 4, primarily on the ground that the complainant/respondent No. 4 has neither mentioned the date nor the time of alleged occurrence and the entire family has been implicated in a false case by respondent No. 4, who is a married woman of more than 40 years of age.
02. Prima facie, case for indulgence is made out.
03. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within a period of four weeks.
04. Requisite steps for service be taken within one week.
05. List on 05.08.2025.
06. Meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date of hearing before the Bench, impugned FIR shall stay. Copy of this order be provided to learned counsel for the petitioners under seal and signatures of Bench Secretary of this Court.
