Learned Advocate, Mr. Pathan, appearing for the petitioner, under the instructions, submitted that as the charge-sheet has already been filed, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a view to file an appropriate application / discharge application before the concerned Court. He, further, submitted that as the parties are in active talks to settle the disputes between them, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach this Court with an application for consent quashing. R/CR.MA/9056/2024 ORDER DATED: 13/06/2025 2. Heard. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. This petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the case of the petitioner and therefore, as and when an application for discharge is filed, the concerned Court shall examine the same on its own merits without being influenced by the present withdrawal. Further, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for consent quashing, if, the parties arrive at an amicable settlement. Rule is discharged. (NIRZAR S.
