On 7th April, 2026, this Court passed the following order : “1. The learned Advocates state that the matter is amicably settled. Parties are directed to appear before the learned Registrar (Judicial) for identification and verification of settlement terms. The learned Registrar (Judicial) is requested to furnish report till next date. 2. Stand over 30.04.2026.” 02. In pursuance of the above order, the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court submitted his report stating that the parties to the appeal personally appeared before him, and he verified the Aadhaar Cards of the parties as well as the compromise-deed filed along with Pursis No.104/2026. The said Pursis, the report of the learned Registrar (Judicial) and the compromise-deed are taken on record and marked as Exh.-X, Exh.-X1 and Exh.X2, respectively, for identification. 03. Since the parties to the present appeal have amicably settled the dispute in terms of the compromise-deed (Exh.-X2), the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise. 04. In view of the above, the judgment and decree dated 05/12/2024 passed in R.C.A. No.214/2019 by the learned District 2026:BHC-NAG:10130 926.sa.365.25 2/2 Judge-1, Bhandara and the judgment and decree dated 18/11/2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mohadi, in R.C.S. No.141/2010 are hereby modified in terms of the compromise-deed (Exh.-X2). 05. All pending Civil Applications, if any, also stand disposed of. Accordingly, the decree be drawn.
