Even though the reply has not been filed by the respondents, however, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is heard at this stage.

This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief:-
“a) The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pass the directons to the respondents to regularize the services of petitioner on completion of 8 year service w.e.f. 01.1.2002 on notional basis and on actual basis w.e.f. 29.8.2011 in terms of
judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in CWP No.1044 of 2015 dated 23.4.2015, titled Jai Singh vs. State of H.P. & Others.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has represented to the respondents on 09.02.2015 (Annexure P-5) and 24.09.2021

(Annexure P-6) for redressal of his grievances as prayed in the writ petition. The aforesaid representations were also forwarded for appropriate action under Annexure P-7. However, the Competent Authority has till date not taken any call on the aforesaid representations. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be content in case the respondents/Competent Authority(s) are directed to decide the aforesaid representations within a fixed time schedule. Learned counsel for the respondents is not averse to this prayer.

Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
