Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State- respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to ensure that the petitioner's Brother be given proper medical treatment in light of the recommendation dated 2.1.2025 made by the Members of the Medical Board constituted vide order dated 30.12.2024 passed by the Chief Medical Officer, Mathura." 3. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 7.4.2025, learned Standing Counsel has produced the instruction alongwith report of Medical Board, Agra dated 15.4.2025, which is taken on record. On the basis of that, he submitted that petitioner is not suffering from any mental disease, therefore, no relief can be granted to him. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that neither jail authorities are permitting to meet with him to his family members nor permitting to talk via cellphone, therefore, Court may issue necessary direction for the same. 6. So far as request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is concerned, it is always open for the petitioner to approach the Jail Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Saurabh Pandey, Suresh Chandra Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Km Udayveeri .....Petitioner(s) State Of Uttar Pradesh And 9 Others .....Respondent(s) Authorities for aforesaid grievance and Jail Authorities certainly consider the same strictly in accordance with U.P.
