The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 18 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 394 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. Unknown criminals shot at the son of the informant and looted ornaments worth Rs. 4-5 lakh. The son of the informant died during the course of treatment. 4. The name of the petitioner has come in the self- inculpatory statement of the co-accused. Looted articles have been recovered from the possession of co-accused Bheem Yadav. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
