Learned advocate appearing for the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) submits that the petitioner was asked to submit certain documents by a letter dated June 24, 2025, as his application was incomplete. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall produce the necessary documents before WBSEDCL within a period of seven days from date. I do not find any justification to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the petitioner to submit the required documents in response to the letter dated June 24, 2025, within a period of seven days from date. Upon 2 submission of the documents, WBSEDCL shall consider the petitioner’s prayer in accordance with law. Accordingly, WPA 15872 of 2025 is disposed of.
