This application u/s 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as B.N.S.S.) has been filed with the prayer to quash the proceedings, including order dated 08.10.2024, of Execution Case No. 158 of 2022 (Prerna Vs. Siddharth), under Section 128 CrPC, P.S.- Daurala, District- Meerut, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.2, Meerut. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and as there are huge amounts of arrears, a direction may be made to the Family Court concerned to enable the applicant to pay the arrears of maintenance in installments. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant moves an application before the Family Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today to pay the arrears of maintenance in installments, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the Family Court concerned in accordance with law. 5.
