CMP No.23122 /2025 Applicant/petitioner is with the grievance that respondents have not adhered even to the order passed in the contempt petition filed by him i.e. COPC No. 651 of 2025 (Prem Chand Vs. Nipun Jindal and Anr.) decided on 15.07.2025. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office communication dated 04.10.2025 from the Regional Manager, HRTC Rampur, addressed to the Deputy Divisional Manager (Legal) HRTC, Shimla and on that basis submits that an amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- was released in favour of the petitioner on 02.07.2025 and further amount of Rs.10,00,647/- was released in favour of the petitioner on 04.10.2025 on account of his retiral benefits. Learned counsel further submits that all retiral benefits due and admissible to the petitioner now stand paid to him. 3. HRTC and Anr) decided on 01.01.2025 has not yet been paid to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that interest component on delay payment of retiral benefits shall be released to the petitioner in accordance with law, within four weeks from today i.e. by 06.11.2025. In view of above, present application is disposed of. It is made clear that non-adherence of the above timeline for discharging the remaining liability by the respondents shall be viewed seriously. Petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his grievances at an appropriate stage, in case necessity so arises in future.
