He further submits that a direction may be issued to Zila Panchayat, Mahasamund and Janpad Panchayat, Basna to provide certified copies of the required documents without any manipulation. 2) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents oppose. They submit that original certified copies would be provided to petitioner if he pays requisite fees. 3) Heard. 4) Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Rizvi, this petition is hereby being disposed of reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to make fresh application before Zila Panchayat, Mahasamund and Janpad Panchayat, Basna, who in turn are directed to take appropriate decision and provide certified copies of the documents mentioned in the application expeditiously. 5) With the aforesaid direction(s), this petition stands disposed of.
