The learned Assistant Government Pleader has furnished the written instructions dated 17.09.2025 addressed by Tahsildar, Y.Ramavaram. The said written instructions manifests that the role of the revenue authorities is confined to maintenance of records under the ROR Act, 1971 and to conduct survey operations under the A.P.Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. There is no independent claim of the Government over the subject land, and as such, the allegation of interference is baseless. It is further asserted that the revenue authorities have not indulged in any illegal interference and the dispute is essentially of a private nature between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. Therefore, any relief sought may appropriately be left to the adjudication of the competent civil Court. 3. In view of the averments made in the written instructions, dated 17.09.2025 that the official respondents are not interfering with the 4 petitioner’s subject property, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO Date: 19.09.2025 SPP 5 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHARA RAO W.P.No. 25398 OF 2025 Date: 19.09.2025 SPP
