Learned counsel Sri Rohan S for the complainant is present before the Court physically and represents Sri Devendrappa H who is on record. 3. Learned counsel Sri B.J.Somayaji for Accused No.2 is present before the Court physically. He submits compliance affidavit has been filed on 24.02.2025. The affidavit is filed by one Sandeep L, S/o Lingasetty working as Executive Officer, Taluk Panchayat, Channapatna and he was the Executive Officer of Maddur Taluk panchayat from 13.1.2022 to 31.7.2024. Along with the affidavit documents as per Annexures – 1 to 3 have been produced. It is stated in the affidavit that the complainant was a Government employee. Although writ petition is not maintainable before this Court, but W.P.No.7640/2023 came to be disposed on 19.04.2023 without notice to respondent Nos.2 to 4 therein by showing the name of the advocate. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 therein or their advocate did not receive copy of the writ petition and they are not aware of the disposal of the writ petition. It is further stated in the affidavit that the representation of the complainant dated 11.08.2022 has been considered and the direction issued in the writ petition has been complied. Further, the complainant has withdrawn - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:14544-DB CCC No. 969 of 2023 Rs.17,30,767.89 from NPS account. Annexure-3 is the copy of the NPS transaction statement of complainant’s account. Accordingly, the direction issued in the aforesaid writ petition has been fully complied. 5. Keeping in view the submission made by learned counsel for accused No.2 and the compliance affidavit filed by him, this contempt petition does not survive for consideration.
