The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has executed work regarding the development of Hardscape & landscape works for park at Aditya Nagar, Division No.16 Nellore Municipal Corporation under agreement No.84/2021-22, dt.23.12.2021, as entrusted by the 3rd respondent and submitted final bills. It is submitted that the final bill was also endorsed by the competent authority and also recorded the progress of work and certified the work in the M-Book. It is submitted that, in all, an amount of Rs.61,45,365/- is due and payable by the respondents to the petitioner. It is further submitted that though the work progress was recorded in the M-Book and approved the bills, no amounts have been forth coming. 2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, the learned standing counsel for the Corporation, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning. 3. Considering the submissions, respondents 2 to 4 are hereby directed to verify and release the payments due payable to the -3- W.P. No.24509 OF 2025 Date of order:12.09.2025 petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
