Petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 27.06.2025 (annexure P1), whereby, petitioner who is working as In-charge District Manager, Raigarh, has been transferred to Bilaspur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is willing to make representation before respondent-4 arising his grievances, and the authority Wps 7110 of 2025 2 concerned may be directed to consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law, and applicable Rules/Circulars to the Corporation. 3. Learned counsel for respondent-4 has no objection if such representation is being made, and the same will be considered in accordance with law within the stipulated time frame. 4. In view of the submissions made by the parties, petitioner is directed to make representation within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and if such representation is being made before respondent-4, it shall be decided within further period of three weeks in accordance with law on its own merits. Till then no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order within a week from today to respondent-4. 6.
