No. 4269 of 2016, titled Amar Nath vs. State of H.P. & others, decided on 01.09.2016, by the erstwhile H.P. Administrative Tribunal. 2. Counsel for respondent No. 3-Municipal Corporation, Hamirpur, has placed on record order dated 09.10.2025, whereby the petitioner’s services have been regularised/refixed in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 2520-4140 notionally w.e.f. 01.04.2004. The scale has also been notionally fixed from the 2 2025:HHC:34572 said date till 30.08.2013 with actual financial benefit assured to him w.e.f. 01.09.2013 in consonance with the provision of H.P. Govt. Notification No. Fin(PR)- B(7)-16/98- III(Agriculture), dated 15.12.2011. 3. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous with the direction that the financial benefits as per the said notification dated 15.12.2011 be disbursed within a period of two months from today. 4. It has to be noticed that the financial benefits have been restricted to three years prior to filing of the petition by virtue of Notification in all cases, from the date of the decision. 5.
