Application has been filed by the applicant, challenging the order dated 29.08.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vikasnagar, District Dehradun in Criminal Revision No.22 of 2023. Applicant has also challenged the order dated 05.06.2023 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vikasnagar, District Dehradun in Misc. Letter No.152 of 2023. 3. Earlier applicant filed an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. against respondent no.2. Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vikasnagar rejected the said application vide order dated 05.06.2023. Against the said order, applicant filed Criminal Revision. The said criminal revision has also been dismissed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vikasnagar vide order dated 29.08.2024. Hence, this criminal misc. application. 4. Perusal of the impugned orders passed by learned Magistrate reveals that he has considered & discussed all relevant aspects. Thus, the view taken by the learned Magistrate, cannot be faulted. Learned Revisional Court was thus justified in dismissing the Revision Petition.
