Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with ST Case No. 79/2024, arising out of Kamdara PS Case No. 08/2023 registered under sections 302/201 of IPC, pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge-II, Gumla. On 31.01.2023, dead body of an unknown person was found near Kondekera Forest Area. During the course of investigation, petitioner and co-accused persons were apprehended and, on their confession, motorcycle of the deceased was recovered from the house of the co-accused Ajit Lohra. It appears that confession of the petitioner was recorded first in time and on his confession looted money and motorcycle of the deceased was recovered. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of allegation; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
