Pursuant to Partap Singh versus State of H.P and others2 the respondent No.2 considered the representation of petitioner and rejected the same on 4.10.2025. Yes. 2 CWP No.13366 of 2025 decided on 20.08.2025 2 In view of the contention of the petitioner that his grievance against the transfer order dated 18.08.2025 as noticed in para-3 of Partap Singh2 had not at all been adverted to while issuing impugned order dated 4.10.2025, learned Additional Advocate General on the basis of instructions fairly submitted that impugned order dated 4.10.2025 be treated to have been withdrawn and further that respondent No.2-comeptent authory will consider the case of the petitioner afresh. 3. In view of the above, this representation is disposed of with direction to repondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner afresh in accordance with law and keeping in view Partap Singh2 as also applicable transfer policty within a period of 10 days from today. Copy of order so passed be communicated to the petitioner. Till such time, interim arrangement as already ordered in Partap Singh2 shall be maintained.
