1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking following relief(s):-
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner. Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN
2 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in nature of mandamus whereby to direct to the Respondent Authorities to release the amount of arrears to the Petitioner amounting to Rs.4,30,818 (Rupees Four Lakh Thirty THousand Eight Hundred Eighteen) with interest. 10.3 That, any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble court deems fit and proper in the
facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his submission to the extent that the present writ petition pertains to payment of arrears of revised pay scale to the petitioner who has retired from service on 31-05-2021 for which he has moved his representation on 17-06-2025, but the same has not been decided till date and no arrears has been paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the authority concerned/respondent No.5 may be directed to decide the representation dated 25-06-2025 (Annexure-P/6) of the petitioner within a stipulated time-frame.

Learned counsel for the State would submit that he has no objection that if such a direction is given to the authority concerned.

Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.5 is directed to take a decision on the representation dated 17-06-2025 (Annexure-P/6) of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law and relevant rules and circulars after verifying service record of the petitioner.
5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before respondent No.5 within two weeks from today.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition is
