The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 360 of 2020, registered under section 47(a) of Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations are made that 60 liters of mahua liquor were recovered from river side and villagers have taken the name of the petitioner. He further submits that the said liquor is not belonging to the petitioner. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioners have four criminal antecedent of identical nature. 5. Considering that petitioners have four criminal antecedent of identical nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
