The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 16.4.2016 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Agra in criminal case arising out of Case Crime No. 356 of 2013 (State v. Manoj and others), under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 506 of IPC, P.S. Khandauli, District Agra, whereby the non-bailable warrant and proceedings under Section 82 Cr.PC. has been initiated. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
