In the written instructions, it is indicated that there is no proposal for laying the road in the suit lands, as there is a cart track already existing in Sy.No.569/2, and it is shown as topo detail in old FMB, and the petitioner is intentionally trying to close cart track, and this action may lead to inconvenience for the adjacent farmers. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
