Learned counsel for the applicant candidly submits that it was his mistake that he made a submission in the Court that he has no instructions and now as the petitioner has come forth and imparting instructions, the order in issue be recalled and the case be restored to its original number in the interest of justice. In the light of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed, as prayed for.
