Shamsher Singh son of Jai Chand Verma, resident of village Lathera, Post Office Chaltora Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi, H.P.” 2. Whereas, it is sought to be corrected as under:- “80. Shamsher Singh son of Jai Chand Verma, resident of Village Lathera, Post Office Cholthra, Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi, H.P.” 3. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of applicant-petitioner No.80. 4. Prayer made in the application is not opposed by Learned State Counsel, being formal in nature. 5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the details of applicant-petitioner No.80 be read as under in the Memo of Parties:- “80.
