Sri Shri Ram Rawat, learned counsel for the applicant as per the instructions submits that though the present application has been preferred to quash summoning order dated 20.08.2024 passed by learned Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra including entire Criminal Proceedings in Case No 15/2019 and complaint case No 4460/2019 Under Section 129 R/w 129[7] Companies Act 2013 of Police Station New Agra, Distt. Agra, however, he confines his relief for compounding which he would prefer application u/s 441 of the Companies Act, 2013. 2. Sri Pandey has not objection to the same. 3. Considering the submissions raised at the Bar, the application stands disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to prefer appropriate application for compounding under Section 441 of Companies Act, 2013 by 30.05.2025 and on the submission of the same, the court below shall decide the same in accordance with law.
