GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No.3 in not providing Police Protection to the 1st petitioner to enter in to the Agricultural land In Sy.No.328, extent of Ac.2-75 cents, situating at Kundirpi Village and Mandal Anantapur District, and the 2nd petitioner Agricultural land in S.Y.N0.328, EX.of Ac.2-75Cents, out of extent,10.98, Cents in Kundirpi Village and Mandal, Anantapur District, by considering petitioner complaint dtd. 3.6.2018, and also the infection orders by the Junior Civil Judge Kalyandurg in favor of the 1st petitioner in I.A.No.247 / 2018, in O.S.No. 98/2018 dtd. 1.05.2018 and similarly the injection orders in favor of the 2nd petitioner granted by the Junior Civil Judge Kalyandurg Anantapur Dist in I.A.No.165/2013 in O.S.No.2014, dtd. 5.5.2014 is illegal unjust.” 2. Sri K.Ram Mohan Chowdary, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit, in view of the ad-interim injunction orders passed in favour of the Petitioner No.1 in I.A.No.247 of 2018 in O.S.No.98 /2018 dated 01.05.2018 and in favour of Petitioner No.2 in I.A.No.165 of 2014 in O.S.No.55 of 2015 dated 05.05.2014 on the file of the Court of I Additional Civil Judge(Junior Division), Machilipatnam, Police protection may be granted to the Petitioners for implementation of the said orders. 3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police will provide necessary protection to the Petitioners as per the directions of the Hon’ble Court. 3 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police to attend the representation of the Petitioners by giving Police protection till the injunction orders are in force. There shall be no order as to costs.
