(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 09.10.2025, issued under the signatures of Executive Engineer, JSV Division, Arki, learned Additional Advocate General states that as soon as reitree petitioner represented his application dated 21.07.2025, case was promptly dealt with by the Executive Engineer of the Division concerned and now same stands submitted to the office of Accountant General for further action at their end. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as documents annexed therewith, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. 2 3. Since pension paper of the petitioner stands processed and now ultimate orders in that regard are to be passed by the office of Accountant General, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to the office of respondent No.4-Accountant General to ensure that pension payment order is issued in favour of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two weeks, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived, so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken against the erring officials.
