GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.10.2024 to the 5th respondent, and it is also submitted that the petitioner has obtained an injunction in I.A. No. 53 of 2021 in O.S. No. 59 of 2021, which was extended until further orders vide order dated 01.12.2021. 2 2. However, respondent Nos. 6 to 11, were interfering with the suit schedule property. Aggrieved by the said action, the petitioner made a representation to the 5th respondent, which was not acted upon. 3. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with Section 35(3) of the BNSS and to ensure compliance with the order passed by the competent civil Court. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
