Petitioners’ grievance is that their representation dated 14.09.2025 (Annexure P-6) seeking applicability of Mohit Sharma Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 and Deepika Kumari & Ors. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.3 has not been decided till date by the respondents/competent authority.
