SINGH, J ---------------------------------------------- WP(C) No. 3345 of 2025 ---------------------------------------------- Dated this the 03rd day of April, 2025 J U D G M E N T The petitioner is a retired employee of the respondent corporation, which is a fully owned Kerala Government undertaking under the administrative control of the Agriculture Department of the State of Kerala. The petitioners retired in the year 2024. Petitioners 1 and 2 retired from service on 30.04.2024, and the 3rd petitioner retired on 29.02.2024 after attaining the age of superannuation. Since the petitioners have not been paid their retirement dues, they have approached this Court with the present writ petition. 2. In pursuance of the direction issued and the interim order passed by this Court, 50% of the retirement dues have been paid to the petitioners. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent corporation submitted that the balance 50% of the 2025:KER:29661 WP(C) NO. 3345 OF 2025 3 dues, including statutory interest if any, shall be paid within a period of four months from today. Considering the aforesaid discharge by the respondent corporation, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent corporation to make payment of the balance 50% of the DCRG to the petitioners within a period of four months from today, along with the statutory interest, if any.
