JUSTICE RAJESH SEKHRI, JUDGE ORDER 30.05.2025 CrlM No.900/2025 The applicants/petitioners preferred a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashment of FIR No.05/2020. This Court vide order dated 19.05.2025 quashed the said FIR as it came to be closed by Investigating Agency as not admitted. However, a perusal of the impugned FIR annexed with the petition reveals that it is FIR No.0005/2022, however, number was wrongly mentioned by petitioners in the petition. In view of the above, since the said FIR has been closed as not proved by the Investigating Agency and an error had inadvertently crept in the petition, therefore, present application is allowed and order dated 19.05.2025 is modified by providing that FIR No.0005/2022 be read in place of FIR No.05/2020.
