On 17.05.2018, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short ‘the Tribunal’) passed interim order in O.A.No.938 of 2018, which is renumbered as W.P (AT) No.1783 of 2021, and the same is extracted hereunder: “Pending further orders in the OA, there shall be interim suspension of suspension orders issued in Memo No.REV- 18023/15/2018-VIG III-REV, dated 19.4.2018 issued by the 1st respondent, Letter Rc.No.L/621/2018 dated 7.5.2018 of the 2nd respondent and consequential proceedings No.A5/461/2018-2 dated 7.5.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent is directed to reinstate the applicant into service.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the aforementioned interim order, the petitioner was reinstated into service. 4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition (AT) stands closed and the interim order, dated 17.05.2018, passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.938 of 2018 is made absolute. No order as to costs.
