1. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicant No. 1- Shubhra Singh has passed away on 13.05.2021 during the SAURABH YADAV Digitally signed by SAURABH YADAV Date: 2025.01.23 17:49:31 +0530
2 pendency of revision and the applicant No. 2 is her daughter. He further submits that originally the application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. for grant of maintenance has been filed by applicant No.1 wife and for her daughter-applicant No.2 seeking maintenance of Rs. 2,000/- for applicant No. 1-wife and Rs. 1,000/- for applicant No. 2 from the respondent, wherein, maintenance of Rs. 1,000/- as pleaded by applicants has already been ordered in favour of applicant No. 2 while rejecting the maintenance of wife-applicant No. 1 by the Family Court. Since this revision has been filed for grant of maintenance to applicant No. 1, who has now died and that applicant No. 2 has already been granted maintenance of Rs. 1,000/- by the Family Court therefore, this revision has become infructuous, to which learned counsel for the respondent has raised no objection.
2. In view of above submission, this revision stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Sd/-
