The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025 corresponding to Cyber Crime Case No. 22 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 111, 318(2), 318(3), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C & 66D of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II, Ranchi. 3. On 04.07.2025, Cyber Police, CID, Ranchi on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in Olive Garden Restaurant, Hawai Nagar, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that no victim has come forward to claim that the mobile phones, which were recovered from the possession of this petitioner, was used in cheating anyone. It was further submitted that co-accused persons namely Prabhat Kumar and Kumar Deepak have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II, Ranchi in connection with Cyber P.S.
