Heard Sri Potturi Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, Crime.411 of 2025 was registered under Sections 329(4), 78(2), 79, 351 (3) r/w Section 3(5) of the BNS. 4. In view of the steps already initiated, no further orders are required. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
