Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering with the petitioners’ possession and enjoyment of the lands admeasuring Ac.5.00 cents in Survey No.14-1, Ac.5.03 cents in Survey No.14-2 and Ac.5.59 cents in Survey No.15- 1 situated in Gangannagudem Village, Jeelugumalli Mandal, Eluru District. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4 5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
