The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 19.06.2024, Jamua (Nawdiha O.P.) police raided the house of Raj Kumar Verma and seized a loaded country-made pistol from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot, nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co- accused persons. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons including Raj Kumar Verma and Saddam Ansari have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Lily Sahay, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Jamua P.S.
