The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025, registered for the offences under Section 109 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned CJM, Seraikella- Kharsawan. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner and even the injury is not there. He submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-12 of the petition. He further submits that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos.5589 of 2025 as well as ABA No.6147 of 2025. [2025:JHHC:33074 ] -2- A.B.A. No. 6248 of 2025 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and even the injury has not been found on the body of the informant and further the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-12 of the petition and the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, I am inclined to provide the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of her surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Seraikella- Kharsawan, in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) SI/ Dated:-04.11.2025
