It has been mentioned in the application that Smt. Basanti, W/o late Sh. Balak Ram has expired during the pendency of the present appeal and her share is also required to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 11 & 12 namely Virender & Indra Devi, being her legal heirs. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of all the applicants. Learned

released
in
favour
of applicants/respondents No. 1, 2, 4, 11, 12, 15 and 16, as per their respective shares, alongwith the share of Smt. Basanti, W/o late Sh. Balak Ram, which shall be released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 11 & 12 equally, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to their bank accounts, details whereof have been mentioned in Annexures A-1 to A-8 appended with the application.
