The instant Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 2. respondents in not providing compassionate appointment to the petitioner. It is contended that the petitioner’s father while he was working as a Record th Assistant in Z.P. High School, Peddavaduguru Mandal, had expired on 6 June, 2019. The petitioner, who has acquired educational qualifications of 3 M.Sc., approached the respondents seeking appointment on compassionate grounds. It is submitted that the petitioner and her family were dependent of her deceased father.
