The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rikhiya P.S. Case No. 139 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 109(1), 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 303(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri P. Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Deoghar. On 15.08.2025 at about 09:30 p.m., petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the informant. However, he had a providential escape. In view of the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri P.
