Case No. 330 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 111, 317(2) (4) (5), 346, 347(1), 339, 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66B 66C, and 66D of I.T. Act, pending in the court of Sri Mayank Maliaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. On 18.07.2024, theft was committed in the house of the Informant. It appears that mobile phone and key of Scorpio vehicle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than nine months. 5. Mr. Rajneesh Vardhan, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and on query, submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mayank Maliaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Jagarnathpur (Pundag O.P) P.S.
