This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No.296 of 2013 (State Vs. Ram Shree and others), under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2013, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Criminal Case No.296 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
