2 HBKM.J C.R.P.No.2611 of 2024 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent. 2. This Revision is filed against the order passed in l.A.No.199 of 2024 in FCOP.No.4 of 2024 on the file of V Additional District and Sessions-cum-Family Court Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District, dated 27.08.2024 with respect to the visitation rights of the petitioner/Father to meet his children, who are staying with the respondent/Mother/divorced wife of the petitioner.
The trial Court, after recording the consensus arrived between the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
directed the respondentA/Vife to produce the minor children, namely, Gnana Charith aged 11 years and Neekshith Ram aged 6 years now, on every second Saturday in the Court and

3. petitioner/Husband to spend his time with the children for about IV2 hour between 11:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. in the office of the Court.

Now that the learned counsel for the petitioner came up with the proposal to modify the same enabling the petitioner/Father of the children to spend time with the children on every Saturday in a month from morning to evening in Tirupati Town itself at his own residence where his parents are also coming and going.
3 HBKM.J C.R.P.No.2611 of 2024 He further requested to have access to contact on cell phone with the children of the petitioner on every alternative day in a week to speak about five to ten minutes.

6. Court dated 03.01.2025. The respondent counsel submits that the petitioner can file an I.A in the above said FCOP for the above said prayer seeking modification of the earlier order passed by the Court below with respect to the visitation rights of the petitioner dated 27.08.2024.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, as any Interlocutory Application filed in the main OP requires some enquiry by the concerned Court, giving due opportunity for the parties concerned to contest the same, the petitioner, as, he is seeking modification of the visitation rights as stated above, is directed to file a fresh Interlocutory Application for seeking modification of the visitation rights dated 27.08.2024 and he can also seek contact rights to have an interaction over cell phone with his children by incorporating necessary prayer in the said Interlocutory Application within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of this
order. On filing of the said Interlocutory Application by the petitioner, giving due opportunity to the petitioner, the said Interlocutory r

disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one (1) month from the date of filing of the above said Interlocutory Application strictly in accordance with law.
