02/ 11.12.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 126/2025, registered under sections 317(4), 317(1), 112(2), 3(5), 61 (2) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is having jewellery shop and 30.140 gram gold was sold by Jageshwar Kumar, Saurav Sharma and Subham Soni which has been purchased by the petitioner and payment has been made through UPI. He further submits that the petitioner has taken signature of those persons on the Aadhar Card contained in annexure-2 series wherein they have given undertaking that petitioner will not be liable for any allegation in future. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that stolen gold was purchased by the petitioner.

Considering that petitioner is having jewellery shop and the said gold was purchased by the petitioner on the undertaking of those persons

who have sold the gold contained in annexure-2 series and further payment was made through UPI, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh, in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 126/2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
