There is a mismatch between the name of petitioner No. 1 and her school record which is said to be proof of her age as in the school record it is “Arshad Bano”, where as in the petition it is “Irshad Bano”. Although, the name of the father is Sadeeq Ahmed in the petition as well as in the school record of the petitioner No. 1 but nevertheless there is a discrepancy which requires to be corrected by the petitioner No. 1 at her end in terms of her name mentioned in the writ petition. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one. Withdrawal is allowed. 03.
